Contract isn't Rating - What Now?
Common issues to look for when a contract isn't rating.
- Verify all the necessary fields are filled in:
- VIN
- Odometer
- Purchase Type
- Vehcile Purchase Date
- Finance Amount
- Finance Length
- Finance Type
- If you are a part of a dealer group, make sure your dealership is selected.
- Is it an upcoming year model? The vin may need to be synced to the system still.
- If you are trying to pull GAP - verify the"Finance Amount" & "MSRP/NADA" fields are filled in.
If none of these options resolve your issue, please submit a ticket or contact your account manager.
