Who do I remit Payments to?

Titan Warranty Administration, Inc.

What are my payment options?

Being a fully digital company, Titan Warranty Administration is currently only accepting Wire, ACH or any major Credit Card payment. If you need any further accommodation for payment type, please contact Finance@titanwarrantyadministration.com and we will work with you on a solution.

How do I get payment instructions for ACH or Wire?

When dealerships are set up, we send our ACH and Wire information directly to your Controller. If you still need assistance locating this information, contact finance@titanwarrantyadministration.com and it will be sent directly to you.

When is a contract live once I have paid at the dealership?

Until the dealership has remitted payment to Titan Warranty Administration, the contract is not fully in force.

Once canceled, when will I receive my cancelation payment?

For most plans through Titan Warranty Administration  you have the right to cancel your warranty protection plan at any time for a prorated refund for your unused portion. We offer a 60-day money back guarantee, where if you cancel within your first 60 days, you are entitled to a full refund. If you have a lien on your car, the cancelation amount will be paid directly to your lien holder. If you do not have a lien on your car, you will receive your payment with 7-10 business days.

How can I get a cancel quote for my remaining contract?

For most plans through Titan Warranty Administration, you have the right to cancel your warranty protection plan at any time for a prorated refund for your unused portion. We offer a 60-day money back guarantee, where if you cancel within your first 60 days, you are entitled to a full refund. To receive a quote for how much you will receive as a refund, please contract your selling dealer, once they generate your quote and you are ready to cancel, please have them send over your quote by emailing hello@titanwarrantyadministration.com or by phone at 1-833-317-3720.

How do you pay Claims?

Titan will pay for your repairs directly to the licensed repair shop. We pay claims using a Virtual Credit Card through a financial institution called BOKF. Once the claim is approved and ready for payment, the repair shop can receive payment quickly and efficiently. You will only be responsible for your deductible if you have one.
